[iprconfig 7/8] Creating RAIDs with a label associated

Use the “-l” flag along with a name for your array:

[15:43:32] system:~# iprconfig -c raid-create -r 0 sg12 sg40 -l foobar

This command is creating a raid 0 with disks sg12 and sg40 and naming the array ‘foobar’.

Now you can use the label to use it on a script or any other procedure that needs a static information about the disks.
